The article discusses how our brains get fatigued after working for a certain amount of time. Research was done looking at the best way to counteract that fatigue and what is the most therapeutic. Walking in nature helps with depression, anxiety and attention. This was more effective than just walking down busy city streets which can be stressful in and of itself adding to fatigue.
